Fashion Fab or Fail: Super-Sparkle Sneakers

I am not sure how I feel about Miu Miu's new glittery sneakers. Essentially, they are a Chuck Taylor knock-off absolutely coated with garish sparkles, rhinestones and metallic studs. Are they so over-the-top that they are awesome, or do they just look like something terrible that you would find in the children's section at Walmart? What would you wear them with??
